Vat will be added for orders being shipped within the E.U.
All of our orders are made to order, and to keep a sustainable business we are unable to accept returns on these goods. We work very closely with every purchase, making sure that each client orders the correct size and is fully aware of what is being ordered. We have a very high percentage of happy customers, but in the rare case of a customer not being satisfied with a purchase we try to find a compromise that can sometimes include alterations, or exchanges if another size is available in stock.
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site we reserve the right to send a replacement or repair the defective item. Please contact email@example.com as soon as you discover the fault. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money paid. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process.
